I once believed that spirituality was something connected to faith and the insides of churches, reserved for the devout.
Not so much anymore.

DeleteBeautiful photo. I feel that way in a forest. I saw your comment to Francesca. I had a friend, an elder who gently suggested I try meditating for years before I finally did. He is a meditation teacher. He kept saying I would notice a difference. When I finally decided to do it I told him I'd do it for a week and see. Once I did this I was kinda hooked. :) You don't have to commit for the rest of your life. Just try for maybe three days and see what happens...
