    When I was younger I went to New Orleans every year to bring in the new year. Wonderful place and, yes, I too have a "Nawlins" voodoo doll.

    What a fun fact! I knew about voodoo (translated a novel once, about voodoo in New Orleans), but not that these were sold so openly.
