You are definately in the north. Your city is so clean. It looks like you had a great Sunday! Wishing you a fantastic week to come. When do you go back to school?
I start in a couple of weeks. Italian school for M doesn't start until nearly mid September! It's a good thing bc she has lots of summer homework to complete. D
Are we the only people left in the city? Seems so, doesn't it? Ironically, every single one of my country neighbors seems to be here. Thanks! The photography is a hobby, or obsession, not sure which word is accurate! D
:D haven't been to Vicenza forever, but I don't mind. One afternoon in the center fills my appetite for the next three years :) That is why I love august here - there is no-one! My village is quieter than usually and calm. as if the time has stopped.
Meanwhile in the south...it is a bloody mess! We used to go to Puglia every summer but now...we are trying to go there either in July or in September!
I like the city!!! I grew up isolated in the country, not unlike our paese now. I do love it, but there are times I wish I lived right in the thick of the centro storico. d

We went downtown on Tuesday and it looked the same. We were the only people in Piazza di Signori too! You take wonderful photos!
