  3. Gardens are so tricky. One summer I planted a nice garden. Each day I lovingly cared for it and then one day the deer game and eat the whole thing. Lesson learned and I don't plant anymore. I have about 9 deer who live behind my house, along with turtles in the creek and rabbits. The took the coyotes away and now the critters are breeding like crazy. I enjoy seeing all the animals, but it makes me sad when I see one of the deer hit by a car.
