      I wish he would make a couple of loaves a week and we could cut out bread from our grocery list.
      Not happening yet.

  13. Wallace and I are happy with the bread I make from that book, but, for some reason Richard's bread looks better than mine. Also, are your older, refridgerated loaves much smaller than the first, fresh ones? The older loaves just don't rise much for me and so are very small and dense.

      I think they are all pretty much the same. I don't know how long he actually keeps the dough. As you would expect from Richard, he has acquired all the suggested bread-making gadgets. I'll send you an email with any pointers he has for you.
